Who we are
YP Engineering Ltd was founded by its owner Yiannis Papanikolaou in 2015. Yiannis has been involved in the building services construction and consultancy industry since 2006 and has worked for a number of local authorities, consultancies, large and medium sized main MEP contractors.
YP Engineering Ltd provides detailed MEP services design, including energy efficiency and decarbonisation studies. We pride ourselves for providing excellent consultancy and investing the right time to understand client’s brief. This includes regular client’s meetings from our inhouse specialist team from the initial client discussions and interface, project conception feasibility stage through the project duration to completion.
We have experience of a variety of project sectors from high end luxury properties, schools and academies re-modelling works with a project value of £2K to large complex commercial projects with a project value of up to £8m.
