Description of Works Undertaken:

Re-modelling of the first floor interior space to a multi-function activity and examination room capable to accomodate up to 70 occupants. The works included upgrade to a centralised Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery Unit, modifications to existing data and power sockets, including the installation of new projector and MEP provisions for a new kitchenette area. The works included new power and lighting and builders works within the basement boiler plantroom prior to the installation of the new gas boiler plant.
